Sandy Seeber (she/her)
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?” Gabrielle Roth
A foundational belief of Sandy’s healing work is that presence, wholeness, and healing occur when we can welcome, connect with, and be fully present to all the parts of ourselves…when we can allow ourselves to be fully human…when we can listen to and engage all three of our intelligences—the body, the heart, and the mind.
