Sonal Chhawchharia is a trained SKY Breath Meditation Instructor. She has been meditating and teaching SKY Breath Meditation for the last 7 years. She has taught meditation to 1000’s of people in the US and India. She has a Masters in Accounting from UNC Greensboro in 2018. She believes in taking a preventative approach to one’s well-being, during her time at UNCG she started a student club focused on well-being and leadership. She has since trained and mentored students to become leaders in their lives. She lives in High Point with her loving husband.
