Reiki (pronounced as “ray-key”) is a Japanese energy healing practice founded by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s, that predominantly uses the laying or hovering of the hands on the body (where Reiki will flow) to balance energies within. Considered a safe, non-intrusive healing technique, Reiki can promote stress reduction, ease and relaxation.

In this donation-based community reiki share, all who are interested to receive Reiki are welcome as each participant will be supported in their intention and will receive an energy healing session. Reiki practitioners are also welcome to offer or exchange Reiki with others.

No experience required, simply the interest to receive Reiki.
