Couples Connect Body Movement

Have you and your partner sought a new way to connect or (re) connect? Often, the woes of life, responsibilities as parents, and/or handling business can strip away at the pureness of intimacy.

This event is for couples who desire to connect for the first time or reconnect in a new way. The guided movements during this session will support, build trust, and avail a time for you to become aware of how you and your partner connect in a fun and intimate way.

Couples at least 12 weeks or more postpartum are encouraged and welcomed to participate.

All abilities are welcome and will be accommodated.
