About The Event

Embodying Forgiveness: Releasing and Resilience

Taught by David Harold (he/him)

To build a more peaceful relational world we need to cultivate both power and mercy, forgiveness and justice.  In this workshop we will dive deeply into embodying forgiveness, beginning with physically releasing held energy, thereby building a foundation of the letting go needed for the forgiveness process.  From there we will explore the often challenging emotional and cognitive steps needed for true forgiveness.

This workshop will use individual and partner practices developed from Taiji to nurture each other's releasing and resilience.  Come join us for a playful and profound morning.

Weather permitting, we will be practicing outside part of the time.  Please wear comfortable seasonally appropriate clothing. These practices are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.  Please pace yourself and feel free to sit if needed. We ask that you mask when doing close quarters partner work.

Suggested Donation $50 (but a donation of any size is appreciated).  All proceeds will be split to benefit equally 18 Springs and Triad Restorative Justice.

If you have questions, please reach out to David at david.harold@gmail.com.
