Utilize your breath to  drop into robust lunar energies and invite breathwork to enhance your full moon experience.  

Breathwork is a transformative meditation exercise utilizing pranayama breathing techniques,  unlocking the passageway between mind and body, allowing further exploration of forgotten  domains, releasing anxiety, trauma, tension and aids in finding peace within. The two part  breath promotes a deep dive into the body, spirit, and nervous system promoting healing,  growth, and a powerful route to self-exploration.
