Full Moon Breathwork Circle with Zulyha Brennan

In this monthly gathering, we will work alongside the influence of the full moon, harnessing the  energetic power through the transformative practice of breathwork. The full moon is a potent  moment in time to release old patterns, illuminate shadow bodies, to honor completion,  facilitate transformation, heighten awareness, and manifest abundance. Utilize your breath to  drop into robust lunar energies and invite breathwork to enhance your full moon experience.  

Breathwork is a transformative meditation exercise utilizing pranayama breathing techniques,  unlocking the passageway between mind and body, allowing further exploration of forgotten  domains, releasing anxiety, trauma, tension and aids in finding peace within. The two part  breath promotes a deep dive into the body, spirit, and nervous system promoting healing,  growth, and a powerful route to self-exploration. Benefits of breathwork include reduction of  stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, increased energy levels, improved sleep and  digestion, promotion of joy and sense of presence, and releasing fear and trauma stuck within  the body.

Breathwork is a safe, widely practiced, organic method that can be utilized in countless life  scenarios, accompanying other healing modalities, and practiced anywhere you can lay down.

What to bring: an open heart, water bottle, eye pillow (optional), and journal (optional)

Covid Considerations: Masks are optional for this ongoing workshop series. Please note this  work includes breathing in an enclosed space amongst other participants however social  distancing efforts will be in place and class size is limited. Weather permitting, windows and  doors will remain open during the breathing session. Please consider your own preferences  and health needs in deciding to attend. For those interested in joining us from home, these  workshops will be offered in a hybrid format and can be attended via Zoom.  You will receive a Zoom link when you register.
