Love Liberates October with Ouida Patten

As humans, we have been conditioned to believe that we are not enough. We reinforce those ideas internally on a daily basis. How do you speak to or about yourself when you walk in front of a mirror? How about when you make a mistake? Now think of someone you love dearly. How do you speak to and about them?

Imagine extending compassion to yourself as you do to others. Imagine a world where we love and accept ourselves just as we are!

When we cultivate right relationship with ourselves (one based on truth, acceptance and  responsibility) it is an act of love. Each loving act liberates us and enables us to live richer, more meaningful lives. It is my divine assignment to share what I have learned about the many pathways to liberation and the daily practices I have crafted for my own life. Love Liberates is a curated offering of tools and resources to help you find and keep right relationship with yourself.

If you are ready (like I was after a medical diagnosis wakeup call many years ago) to do the work of liberation through love and compassion, join me for one offering or all. Offerings will consist of grounding practices, writing, creative expression, self-inquiry, mirror work, and liberation resources. Each offering will be unique, as we co-create together.

May this work radiate out into the collective, and transform us all.
