About The Event
This workshop is facilitated by Cashavelly Morrison (she/her)
This 2-day workshop (9am-4pm Saturday & 9am-4pm Sunday) explores authentic expression while shedding inhibitions and doubts that are unique to the female-identified experience. Students will be held and grounded through Nervous System Regulation, the 5 Survival Patterns, Nonviolent Communication, Felt Sense and be guided through breathwork, vocal journeys, and intuitive movement.
The workshop weaves the ancient 13 Celtic Archetypes with the 8 shields of Nature Connection as tools for discovery of Self, untapped potential within us, interconnectedness with all life, and serve as guides for self-designed ritual to recover lost Rites of Passage.
