Stories & Somatic Movement with Crystal

A weaving of storytelling and movement to create harmony both individually and collectively in times of ease and complexity. We will dive into archetypes and myths, we will remix stories to have alternate endings and new beginnings. We will use our imagination as a path to self-discovery, as a way to make sense of the world, and to spark our creativity. Class will start with the telling of a story and the themes in the story will be woven through class in the form of movement, breathwork, and meditation. We may also explore mantra, mudra, and visualization.
