About The Event
Guided by Sound Conductor June Moon Sadler, participants move through a journey of sound, movement, and art designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
Each session includes a soothing sound bath with solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats, affirmations and intention setting, gentle Kundalini-inspired movement, and creative expression through painting and drawing. We close in community with an OM choir — where every voice becomes part of the healing vibration.
