The Healing Pen

What is it?

A group healing session for creative writers, those that love to journal, or absolutely anyone ready to release through writing.

My why:

I love to write. It’s a natural gift to me to place pen to paper. But if I’m candid, I rarely have the opportunity to sit down, in an intentional environment, and simply be still enough to write. Usually there are so many distractions. Life is so busy and so chaotic that most of us can’t do what we love. So I feel the same way that we make appointments for everything else that we do, I wanted to create a space for intentional practice of writing and healing. So I PENCILED it in! All puns intended….

Who is this for?

Anyone. Everyone. I do not have a box to place this in. If you have written for 39 years, If you are educated, if you are a senior, if you are new to writing, if you love sudoku puzzles, if your favorite color is magenta, if you have a secret ant collection, if you love salty French fries with vanilla ice cream…IT DOES NOT MATTER TO ME!  If you have a story being scripted on the inside of you…this place, this space, is for you!

The space:

Nothing about this is formal. Don’t even begin to expect a table or chair any feather and ink. Think about the most relaxed environment you can imagine to simply RELEASE. Pillows, blankets, yoga mats, yoga balls, you name it! A comfy t shirt, sweats, leggings and a hair tie. The ultimate writer’s paradise.
