Usui Reiki: Level 1 Attunement & Training

This class is being facilitated by Ashley Ramos (she/her)

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality founded by Mikao Usui in the 1920s. Rei means Universal, and ki means life force. Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement & Training opens your energetic pathways to be able to connect & channel the Reiki energy, deepening your self-awareness and connection. Here, you will dive deep into what Reiki is, its history, principles, techniques, the difference between Western and traditional Japanese Reiki, the chakras, and how to give Reiki to yourself and others. After the training, the student will receive a certificate of completion, will be considered as a Reiki level 1 practitioner and will have lifelong Reiki mentorship access with me.

Fee: $222

Maximum participant capacity is 8-10 people.
