About The Event

Each week will combine yoga, meditation, and journaling practices, focusing on specific themes to support your holistic well-being.  Remember, this is YOUR journey. Listen to your body, modify poses as needed, and celebrate every step.  

Week 1: Restorative Yoga for Relaxation & Stress Relief Yoga: Gentle poses supported by props to quiet the mind, release tension, and cultivate deep relaxation. 

Meditation: Guided visualization focusing on a peaceful sanctuary, releasing stress, and finding inner peace. 

Journaling: Reflect on sources of stress and self-care practices that bring you joy.  

Week 2: Yoga for Pain & Sleep Yoga: Soothing movements to ease common aches and pains, promote joint health, and prepare the body for restful sleep. 

Meditation: Body scan meditation to identify areas of tension, connect with breath, and invite ease and relaxation. 

Journaling: Explore your relationship with sleep, identify challenges, and brainstorm strategies for deeper, more restorative sleep.  

Week 3: Hip Openers for Flexibility & Emotional Release Yoga: Fluid hip openers to increase flexibility, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner strength and resilience. 

Meditation: Chakra meditation focusing on the sacral chakra, associated with creativity, sensuality, and emotional well-being. 

Journaling: Explore your emotional landscape, identify areas of stagnation, and set intentions for emotional release and expression.  

Week 4: Yoga for Lower Back Relief Yoga: Strengthening and stabilizing poses to target and support the lower back, improving posture and reducing pain. 

Meditation: Breath awareness meditation to cultivate present-moment awareness and manage pain through mindful breathing. 

Journaling: Explore your relationship with pain, emotional and physical; identify movement patterns that may contribute to discomfort, and set intentions for mindful movement and self-care.  

Week 5: Shoulder Release & Upper Body Strength Yoga: Gentle stretches and strengthening poses to release tension in the shoulders, improve posture, and build upper body strength. 

Meditation: Heart chakra meditation to cultivate self-love, compassion, and open your heart to receive abundance and joy. 

Journaling: Reflect on your strengths and accomplishments, celebrate your growth throughout the series, and set intentions for continued self-care and empowerment.
