Shirika McCalister is a holistic wellness practitioner, herbalist, urban agriculture advocate,
and founder of N-Tune Healing Farmacy LLC. Her work centers on reconnecting people to
the healing power of nature through plant medicine, mindful movement, nourishment, and
community care.
With deep love and respect for traditional herbal wisdom, Shirika curates handcrafted
herbal remedies using wildcrafted herbs, creating natural wellness offerings that support
balance, vitality, and overall well-being. She is passionate about helping others cultivate a
deeper relationship with the earth and their own innate capacity for healing.
Shirika is also the creator of Wild Feminine Flow, a movement series designed to celebrate
the feminine spirit through dance, rhythm, and embodied expression. These classes invite
